Infosecurity Europe 30th Anniversary Party Tickets Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1.              Who are we?

The Infosecurity Europe 30th Anniversary Party Tickets Prize Draw (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “the Prize Draw”) is offered to you by Reed Exhibitions Limited. Our principal place of business is at Gateway House, 28 The Quadrant, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1DN, UK. Reed Exhibitions Limited is the company that in these Terms and Conditions is also known as “we” or “us”.

We are the organiser of the Infosecurity Europe 2025 Event scheduled to be held on Tuesday 3rd, Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th June 2025 at the ExCel Centre, London (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “the Event”), as well as the owner and controller of the website (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “the Event Website”) and the owner and publisher of Infosecurity Magazine (hereinafter referred to as “the Magazine”).

As part of the celebrations for the 30th anniversary of the Event in 2025, we are hosting a special 30th Anniversary Party at Waterfront Street Kitchen & Bar | Food & Drink | Excel London, on Tuesday 3rd June 2025 from 5pm to 10pm (“the Party”). The Party is a private, invite-only industry event, but we have ten (10) individual tickets to the Party to give away (“the Prize(s)”) in this Prize Draw.

2.              What terms, conditions and rules apply to the Prize Draw?

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Prize Draw. You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them by entering the Prize Draw. If you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, you may be excluded from access to the Prize Draw.

In order to enter the Prize Draw, you must be a subscriber to the Magazine and you must complete the form on the Website as attached here. You can enter the Prize Draw at any time on or after midday BST on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 (“the Starting Date”) until 5pm BST on Tuesday 6th May 2025 (“the Closing Date”).

Upon entry between the Staring Date and the Closing Date, you will be entered into the Prize Draw. There is no further consideration necessary.

There will be ten Prizes on offer, which Prizes will be drawn by us on or around 9th May 2025, with the winners of the Prizes in the Prize Draw duly notified, via email, in the week commencing 12th May 2025 if they have been successful. The Prizes, in the form of wristbands, need to be collected by each winner in person from the Information Desk at the Event on 3rd June 2025, by no later than 1pm BST. 

3.              Prize Draw Guidelines

If you fail to provide an email address for notification of the Prize or you fail to collect your wristband by 1pm on Tuesday 3rd June 2025, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize and offer it to another valid entrant of the Prize Draw or someone else at the Event.

You will only be entitled to receive one Prize. 

The winners of the Prizes are not entitled to a cash alternative to the Prize and the Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable, save to an employee, officer or contractor within the winner’s company or organisation who is already at the Event.

All Prizes are offered and delivered to the respective winners in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions.

We may, at our discretion, change the Starting Date, the Closing Date and/or the dates on which the Prizes are finalised or notified. We also reserve the right to alter, amend, suspend or withdraw these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, but any changes to the dates or these Terms and Conditions will be indicated on the Event Website. It is your responsibility to check for any such changes.

No employees or contractors of Reed Exhibitions Limited or any of the companies within the RELX Group of companies is entitled to enter the Prize Draw. 

4.              How much will it cost me to enter the Prize Draw?

No purchase is necessary and, provided that you are a subscriber to the Magazine, you will be automatically entered upon the completion of the Form provided on the Website.

5.              How will we use your personal data and information?

We will only use your personal data and corporate information to operate the Prize Draw and verify your identity and eligibility and to advise you if you have won a Prize as well as for delivery of that Prize. 

Your and your company’s or organisation’s personal data and corporate information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy from time to time and in accordance with all relevant legislation.

6.              How far are we liable or responsible to you?

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes or limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by the law. Otherwise, we will not be liable to you for any matter relating to the Prize Draw offered by us.

We will also not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failure of persons or systems that we do not directly control – for example, mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, postal services, software providers and telephone traffic handlers.

7.              The legal position of these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to change them and update them from time to time but, if we do so, we will post the changes on the Event Website.

The Prize Draw is organised and ran strictly in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and all other laws relating to data protection, anti-bribery and compliance that are applicable in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States of America and elsewhere in the world.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to these Terms and Conditions, the validity and performance hereof or their formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereby irrevocably acknowledge and agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect hereof.
